Introduction to Mindfulness

A relaxed informative session with student participation, PowerPoint and follow along handouts. Candidates will be supplied with the basic knowledge of the origins of Mindfulness, what benefits come from its practice and learn some Mindful techniques. 1 x Session – delivered in a classroom group setting with attendance Certification on completion.

 

Help Make Me Mindful

This is a full course of 5 Sessions normally run over a 5-week period (can be re arranged to suit needs). This course is an in-depth look at how we can include Mindfulness in our everyday lives and bring Mindfulness techniques to ease past situations, allowing a move to live in the NOW. We will look at the health benefits from its practice and how we can embrace these. Candidates will be encouraged to look at their lives today and see gaps where Mindfulness can sit within it. 5 x Sessions – delivered in a classroom group setting with attendance Certification on completion.

 

Moving forward in a Mindful Way

These 2 Sessions are a follow on from the Help Make Me Mindful, these sessions focus on how we can LET GO of situations and move forward, it will involve candidates participation in Visualisation and Relaxation therapy. The sessions will look at how being Mindful can help us move forward with our lives in a Mindful way and offer techniques and resources to help enable this. 2 Sessions – delivered in a classroom group setting with attendance Certification on completion * Yoga mat and blanket required.

 

Relaxation and Visualisation

These interactive and fun sessions are arranged to be delivered in a calm relaxed environment so candidates can experience the benefits of these practices. Each session will touch on different subject matters and shall require a peaceful, empathetic approach. Sessions - delivered in an informal Mindful atmosphere in small groups or one to one. Either as one-off or weekly/monthly regular sessions. *Yoga mats and blanket required.

 

Mindfulness Craft

During these fun interactive sessions students will learn the health benefits of Mindful Craft. All candidates will be supplied with the information and resources to produce a Mindful Craft to take home. Sessions – delivered in an informal Mindful classroom atmosphere in small groups. Either as one-off sessions or weekly/monthly regular sessions. *Advised to wear old clothing (plastic apron supplied) as this can get sticky!

 

Mindful Walking

My Mindful Walks have been arranged to enjoy the world around us, these sessions are an enjoyable way to experience in a small group how being out in the fresh air can help our overall wellbeing. Candidates will be encouraged to walk in a Mindful way and given the techniques to enable this. This is a great way to introduce how our world around us heals. Sessions – delivered in an outside environment in a relaxed fun small group. Can be either one-off sessions or on a 4 seasons basis covering Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter. *Own transportation required.
